Please read these terms carefully before using Gunnio. They explain what you are buying, how credits work, what we expect from you, and the limits of our liability.
Gunnio is a software-as-a-service platform owned and operated by Gunnio Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at 2nd Floor, No. 14, 100 Feet Road, Indiranagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560038, India (CIN: U62099KA2025PTC000000, GSTIN: 29AAAAA0000A1Z5). In these Terms, "we", "us", "our" and "Gunnio" refer to Gunnio Technologies Private Limited, and "you", "your" and "User" refer to the person or entity accessing the platform.
These Terms & Conditions, read together with our Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy, form a legally binding agreement between you and us under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and constitute an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000. By creating an account, purchasing credits or otherwise using the platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to contract under Section 11 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are using the platform on behalf of a company, partnership firm, LLP or any other entity, you represent that you are authorised to bind that entity to these Terms.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with the laws applicable to you, including the terms of service of any listing platform whose listings you analyse.
Gunnio sells prepaid analysis credits. Credits are a unit of account that let you run automated AI analyses of short-term rental listings on the platform. You are purchasing access to a software service — you are not purchasing any physical product, any guarantee of business outcome, and no advisory, valuation, brokerage or property-management service is being rendered.
Each full listing analysis currently consumes 10 credits and returns, subject to the data available for that listing:
Credits are consumed only when an analysis completes successfully. If an analysis fails because of an error on our side, the credits for that run are not deducted. Cached results returned for a listing you have already analysed do not consume additional credits unless you explicitly request a fresh re-analysis.
Credits do not expire and stay in your wallet until used.
You must register for an account to use the platform. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information at registration and to keep it updated. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Accounts are for the use of a single named user. You may not share, sell, sub-licence or transfer your account or credits to any other person without our written consent. Notify us immediately at support@gunnio.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
For security, your login session is time-limited and you may be asked to sign in again periodically.
Gunnio does not operate on a recurring subscription model. Credit packs are one-time prepaid purchases. There is no auto-renewal, no standing instruction, no e-mandate and no recurring charge on your card, UPI handle or bank account. You will never be billed again unless you place a fresh order yourself.
If we introduce recurring plans in future, they will be offered separately with clear pricing, clear renewal terms and an explicit opt-in before any recurring charge is set up.
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). Our current packs are Starter at ₹1,000 for 1,000 credits, and Growth at ₹5,000 for 7,000 credits.
Displayed prices are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax at 18%. A GST invoice is issued to the email address registered on your account after every successful payment. If you require the invoice to carry your business GSTIN, share it with us before or at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials on our servers. Credits are added to your wallet once the gateway confirms the payment; if a payment is debited but not confirmed, write to us with the transaction reference and we will reconcile it.
We may revise our prices from time to time. Price changes apply only to purchases made after the change takes effect and never to credits already in your wallet.
You agree to use the platform lawfully and in good faith. Specifically, you agree that you will not:
We may suspend access, throttle usage or refuse a request that we reasonably believe breaches this clause or threatens the stability or security of the platform.
The analyses, scores, recommendations, market comparisons and revenue estimates produced by the platform are generated by artificial intelligence models operating on publicly available listing data and third-party data sources. They are informational aids, not professional advice.
We do not warrant that any score, estimate or recommendation is accurate, complete, current or suitable for your circumstances. AI models can and do produce output that is incorrect or incomplete. Revenue and market figures are estimates only and are not a forecast, promise or assurance of earnings.
You are solely responsible for how you act on the output. You should apply your own judgement and, where the decision is significant, obtain independent professional advice. We accept no responsibility for any pricing, listing, renovation, purchase, sale or investment decision you take based on the platform.
The platform depends on third-party services to fetch listing data, run AI models and enrich results with location and market information. Availability, accuracy and completeness of that data are outside our control, and a third-party outage may temporarily degrade or interrupt parts of an analysis.
Gunnio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Airbnb, Inc. or any other short-term rental platform. All third-party trademarks referenced on the platform remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the service they belong to.
All rights, title and interest in the platform — including the software, source code, user interface, design, text, graphics, logos, the Gunnio name and mark, the scoring methodology, and the prompts and model configurations behind it — are owned by Gunnio Technologies Private Limited or licensed to us, and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and applicable international law.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable charges, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable and revocable licence to access and use the platform for your own internal business or personal purposes for the duration of your account.
You retain ownership of the listing information and any content you submit. By submitting it, you grant us a licence to process, store and analyse it for the purpose of providing the service to you, and to use aggregated and de-identified data — data from which you and your listings cannot be identified — to monitor, evaluate and improve the platform.
You may use the analysis reports generated for your own listings for your own business purposes, including sharing them with your team, clients or co-hosts. You may not present the reports as your own product, remove attribution, or offer them as a standalone commercial service.
We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Access may be suspended for scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, security incidents, or events beyond our reasonable control including power failures, network outages, third-party API failures, strikes, epidemics, government action or acts of God.
We may add, modify, or discontinue features at our discretion. If we discontinue a material feature that you have unused credits for, we will give you reasonable notice and, on request, refund the unused credits in line with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
In no event shall Gunnio Technologies Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, bookings, occupancy or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you to us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 remain unaffected.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Gunnio Technologies Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees and affiliates from and against any claim, demand, proceeding, loss, liability, damage, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, your infringement of any third-party right, or your violation of any applicable law.
You may stop using the platform at any time and may ask us to close your account by writing to us. On closure, unused credits are treated in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account, with notice where practicable, if you materially breach these Terms, use the platform unlawfully, attempt to compromise its security or integrity, initiate a fraudulent chargeback, or fail to pay amounts due.
Where we terminate your account for a material breach or fraud, unused credits may be forfeited without refund. Where we terminate for any other reason, or where we permanently discontinue the service, we will refund the value of your unused credits to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law and dispute resolution survive termination.
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder, the contact details of our Grievance Officer are set out below. Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 15 days of receipt.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the clause below, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through discussion. If it is not resolved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Bengaluru, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the service, our business or the law. The revised version takes effect when it is published on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will change. Where the changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email or through the platform.
Your continued use of the platform after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the platform and contact us about your unused credits.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
These Terms, together with the policies referenced in them, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the platform and supersede all prior understandings. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
