No. Every pack is a one-time prepaid purchase. There is no auto-renewal, no e-mandate and no recurring charge. You buy again only when you choose to.
No. Credits are deducted only when an analysis completes successfully. If a run fails on our side, the credits stay in your wallet or are restored to it.
Yes. A GST invoice is emailed to your registered address after every payment. Share your business GSTIN with us at the time of purchase if you want it printed on the invoice. Displayed prices already include 18% GST.
Unused credits can be refunded within 7 days of purchase, with the money reaching your original payment method in 5–7 business days. Credits already spent on completed analyses are not refundable. Full details are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
No. New accounts start with a zero balance, so you will need credits before running your first analysis. You can explore the whole interface, your dashboard and your history without spending anything.
