Gunnio reads a short-term rental listing the way a guest does — photo by photo — and tells the host what is holding it back. Paste a listing link and you get room-level scores, the specific photos dragging them down, and market and neighbourhood context for the area the property sits in.
Hosts in India are competing on a page of photographs. Two apartments on the same street, with the same amenities and the same price, can perform completely differently because one has a dark bathroom photo and no shot of the kitchen. The host rarely knows which one is the problem — the platform does not tell them, and guests do not write in to explain why they scrolled past.
The advice available is either generic listicles or an expensive consultant who charges by the property. Neither scales to someone managing four flats in Goa or twelve in Bengaluru. We wanted the analysis a good consultant would do, delivered in minutes, at a price where checking every listing before the season is an easy decision.
You submit a listing link. We fetch the publicly available listing data and photographs, run an AI vision model over each photo, and score the property across seven categories — overall, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living space, cleanliness and aesthetic. We flag rooms that are missing from the photo set entirely, call out photo-quality problems one image at a time, and write out the changes worth making.
Around that, we add the context a score alone cannot give you: what the neighbourhood looks like, how the listing compares to the surrounding market, a revenue optimisation report, and a check on review-policy risk. Every analysis is saved, so when you re-shoot the bathroom you can run it again and see the score move.
Individual hosts preparing a listing before peak season. Co-hosts and property managers running a portfolio who need to know which property to fix first. Owners deciding whether a property is worth listing at all. Interior and staging teams who want a before-and-after they can show a client.
Every score comes with the photo-level observations behind it. A number you cannot trace back to a reason is not useful, so we never show one on its own.
Generic advice does not change a booking rate. Our reports name the room, the photo and the fix, so you know what to do next Saturday morning.
Credits deducted only when an analysis succeeds. Monthly plans renew until you cancel, with unused credits rolling over, and one-time top-ups when you just need a bit more.
